We had a fantastic time at the Secret Garden hostel! Big bunkbeds in spacious rooms and a great vibe with the social restaurant/bar terrace, friendly staff. Good location with great views and super easy to book other parts of your Ecuador trip with them too. Great value for money

Enjoyed my stay here. The building is not accessible with most rooms, reception, restaurant on the 3-4th floors so keep that in mind if you have bad knees or are sensitive to stairs. Staff is incredible, the team has a generator to help with the electrical outages which is FANTASTIC. Definitely check out their Cotopaxi location too.

Had a lovely stay at Secret Garden Quito. The rooftop terrace is very nice with a view over the whole city. The food was good to. I really enjoyed the walking tour with Fernando, it was a very fun way to get to know the city.

My room is adorable. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Lots of good security measures are in place. There are many steps that one should be aware of. Great artwork throughout the hostel. The walking tour with Fredanand was amazing, and one of my highlights of my time spent here.

My review refers to the roof top restaurant experience only. During our Cotopaxi day trip from Quito, a couple recommended this place and it became our dinner spot for the time remaining. In those occasions, we were served by Jesus and Doro. Their service was amazing, very helpful in recommendations, always prompt to check on us, going above and beyond. They remain dear to our hearts and in the short time knowing them, we felt were treated with such a hospitality.The view is amazing. The food and drinks were delicious. The hostel and the restaurant have a nice decor. People staying there seem to get a nice comfort of the place. Hotel staff seems to communicate well together and make you feel very comfortable while being there. Thank you all for making our stay in Quito an amazing experience!
